White-gold with green reflections. It seduces on the nose with spicy notes of fresh stone fruit and fine minerality. On the palate the wine shows deep fruit together with fine acidity.

Light yellow in colour with citrus notes, with vegetal flavours of moss & subtle oak notes. Soft tannins are balanced with white blossom notes, this White Burgundy has good levels of acidity and is deeply concentrated with a rich, creamy, honeyed finish.

A single vineyard, hand picked Mendoza Clone Chardonnay, allowed to ferment naturally and mature.
