This Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz blend has been matured in French Oak barrels for 18 months and is an elegant and multilayered wine.

The tannins are soft and ripe and the wine has a long, clean aftertaste with enough tannic grip to promise a good few years maturation potential. The Goose Shiraz has a ruby red colour, scented bouquet with abundant smoke and spice.

A blend of the grape varietals - Corvina Veronese, Corinone, Rondinella. This wine works well with all meats, be they grilled or braised, and also aged cheeses.
